Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 9, 2026
This policy describes, precisely, what data is and is not processed when you visit counterchase.com (the "Site") or buy the digital book offered on it. Privacy questions: support@counterchase.com.
1. What this Site collects: nothing
The Site is a static website with no data collection of its own. Specifically, it has:
- No cookies. The Site sets no cookies of any kind.
- No analytics. No Google Analytics, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting, no third-party scripts of any kind.
- No forms. There is no email signup, no contact form, no account system. The Site cannot receive data you type, because there is nowhere to type it.
- No third-party requests. Fonts and all assets are served from this domain. Your browser contacts no one else when loading this Site.
Because of this, visiting the Site leaves no personal data with us at all.
2. Hosting
The Site is served by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), which, like any host, technically processes connection data such as your IP address in transit to deliver pages securely and prevent abuse. This happens under Cloudflare's own privacy policy. We do not receive logs that identify you.
3. If you buy: Whop handles it
Checkout, payment and delivery happen entirely on Whop (Whop Inc.). Any data you provide when purchasing — email address, payment details, community activity — is processed by Whop under Whop's privacy policy. We do not see or store your payment card details. Through Whop we can see basic order information (such as the email you used and what you bought) solely to deliver the Product, provide free updates to your edition, and answer support requests.
We send no marketing email, and we never sell or share your data.
4. Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, rectify, and erase personal data concerning you, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. For anything related to a purchase, you can exercise these rights via support@counterchase.com or directly with Whop. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
5. Changes
If the Site ever adds features that change what data is processed (for example privacy-friendly analytics), this policy will be updated first, with the date above revised.
